Today is a memorial day that we remember the massacre of approximately 1,500,000 Christian Armenians that were killed. Others were raped, robbed and forced to leave their home by the Ottoman Turks around 1915. GOD had Noah land on the Mountain of Ararat in Armenia which was later taken by Turkey during the massacre. Who can own a mountain? Wars are fought for money in the name of religion. In the early 1940's Germany was having money problems so they decided to kill approximately 6,000,000 Jews. Until a wrong has been confessed it will continue. Many of you remember the 21 year old man that entered a Christian Church in Charleston, South Carolina last year and shot and killed 9 innocent people at a BIBLE study. I heard last week on Saddleback.com, that at the trial the family members of the victims stood and spoke and forgave the man and asked GOD for mercy on his soul. This act of forgiveness led to a 36-3 vote to remove the confederate flag from the State Capitol. An act of LOVE and forgiveness led others to peace rather than war. "Blessed are those that are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is The Kingdom of Heaven." Matthew 5:10Niv. However, as it is written: "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard and what no human mind has conceived- the things GOD has prepared for those who LOVE HIM. 1 Corinthians 2:9Niv. GOD created every man, woman and child to LOVE one another. We all eat from the same tree that grows daily from the same ground and is watered from the same floodgates of Heaven. Peace and LOVE be with you all. To learn how to reflect GOD'S LOVE read the New Testament. All of the names man has created to seperate religion, the focus is the same, JESUS the CHRIST. The SAVIOR and the only one that proved HE has the power and SPIRIT of Life. "Never be afraid of those who can kill the body but are powerless to kill the soul! Far better to stand in awe of the ONE that has the power to destroy body and soul in the fires of destruction! Matthew 10:28Phillips. HE answered, "LOVE the LORD your GOD with all your heart, with all your soul and with all of your strength and with all of your mind'; and 'LOVE your neighbor as yourself'". Luke 10:27Niv. "If you LOVE ME, keep MY commands." John 14:15Niv. Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of JESUS CHRIST for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT. Acts 2:38Niv |
