Today in Church our Pastor taught how to make the sign of the CROSS of CHRIST JESUS and the meaning and why we do this.

First we take our right thumb, index and middle finger and join them together to symbolize THE FATHER, THE SON JESUS and THE HOLY SPIRIT. The DIVINE TRINITY of G-D.

Then we touch the center of our forehead, HE came from Heaven, Then we touch the center of our chest, to come to Earth, then we touch the left side of our chest, to bring the people from the left, then we touch the right side of our chest, to bring the people to the Right Hand of G-D, then we touch the center of our chest, Amen (Truth).

This is a Church tradition that shows that we Believe in THE HOLY TRINITY of our LOVING G-D and it is an act of worship and prayer asking for G-D'S Blessings and Protection.
